When you purchase a PenRight! development product, you are entitled to free technical support for thirty days after the purchase date.

After Your Free 30 Days

After your thirty days has expired, PenRight! offers the following technical support options:

• The Unlimited Program - Our most popular program
  This program entitles you and two additional in-house developers to:
  • Unlimited support
  • 800 Number Access

  You get all of this for only $500.00.

• The Hourly Program If you elect not to sign up for the unlimited support, we offer the following:
  • A PenRight! Technical Support Analyst will work with you over the phone, to help you fix your problem, or the analyst will look at the code and help you determine the problem.
  • A time materials rate of $85.00 (US) will be charged per hour.
  • Minimum 30 minutes per call.
