APPLICATION PROGRAM INTERFACE (API)
  The API library provides over 350 routines that can be
called by virtually any C program allowing developers to
take full advantage of their favorite off-the-shelf  MS-
DOS(R) development tools, including standard editors,
debuggers and other utilities.

The API's Many Features Include

  support for Danish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian,
